Product Owner
Job Description:
- Take ownership of the product backlog and keep it in line with the company's goals, what customers need, and where the market is heading.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to shape what the product should become, plan releases, and decide what gets built first.
- Collect input from customers, internal teams, market trends, and competitors, and turn it into practical product decisions.
- Keep releases moving forward by making sure requirements are clear, dependencies are tracked, risks are handled, and timelines are met.
- Build strong relationships with customers and speak up for their needs, making sure their feedback actually shapes what gets built.
- Keep stakeholders and Product Managers in the loop with regular, straightforward updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
- Work with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Engineering to make sure new features and releases land well with users.
- Write and maintain solid documentation — requirements, business cases, release plans, and feature specs.
- Look for ways to make the product better — more useful, easier to use, and more valuable to customers.
- Help with demos, customer presentations, and onboarding to support adoption and engagement.

- Strong at managing stakeholders, running discussions, presenting, negotiating, and building agreement across teams.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and disciplined about managing time and follow-through.
- Comfortable working alongside engineers, with good knowledge of Agile and modern software delivery.
