• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal team productivity.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management within technology or software development environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP is required.
• Strong experience working with both traditional (Waterfall) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.
